Kale- Red Russian 8oz

Kale microgreen with a dark green leaf with stems of pink, floral purple, and at times, bright red. It has a consistent flavor compared to other kale microgreens. Nutty and robust, like mustard, only to us less spicy. Very delicious and nutritious!
